Although as Basil1234 has requested it is from Makro:T0 -
If its from Makro, the cheap bacon is soooooo salty, almost inedible. The £8.99 one is more palatable.1st Purse £114.19 Monthly GB:rotfl::j:wave::j:rotfl:

I actually know a bit about this subject...which is a nice change.
Firstly I would say, why on earth are you buying lean mince? It is not good..... I know what goes in it :-p
Secondly, the easiest way to get good meat cheaper is simple. Change you cuts.
You should be able to get LMCs at your butchers for a lot better price than say a traditional supermarket roasting joint. Go mad, try some really odd cuts...ask your butcher for a Bavette d'aleyou. Beautiful meat, and not in demand in the UK
Oh and another thing, for cheap meat- offal it up! There's some good stuff out there with some nice flavours. You do have to not think about what you're eating though.Wise man once say "When in hole, don't dig"0
