Are RBS or any banks allowed to trransfer overdrawn balance from two other accounts to 1 single account and make that overdrawn by the full amount.

    If the overdrafts on the other accounts had been recalled then they would then be able to offset / move funds from an authorised overdraft to pay off a recalled or unauthorised overdraft.
