  • No Horace, I am not making this up.

    There has been a lot of work done to the house in recent years in one form or another and the money to pay for it has been borrowed against the house. This is why there is still such a large amount outstanding.
    Believe me i would like to be able to assist financially but i only got into steady work about two years ago and my credit history is a joke. The bank manager would roll about laughing if i asked him for an extension on my meager overdraft.

    Your idea looks good. Last night I was talking to the folks about selling up and renting and they didn’t seem too opposed to the idea. I have started to look for possible properties and there are some suitable ones in the area.
