HELP! Cello Cones in Manchester!

Hello :D

Well I got my numbers wrong and I dont have enough cellophane cones. I need them Urgently so dont have enough time to wait for them to arrive in the post if I were to order online.

I live in Greater Manchester and am willing to travel anywhere in the Manchester or Greater Manchester Area.

Does anyone know of any shops that sell them that I would be able to get to?

Im desperate! EEk!

  • Or does anyone know of any cake supply shops? From what I can gather the disposable piping bags are effectively the same like these from Lakeland http://www.lakeland.co.uk/disposable-icing-bags/F/keyword/ICING+BAGS/product/2664

The cake supplies shop I usually use it shut on a tuesday!
  • Oh I have just found a lakeland 30 mins away. Looks like Ill be off there in the morning!

    Hi
Could you not make your own cones?

We did them a few years ago, cut squares of cellophane and then folded them into cones, then filled them with sweets. Not sure what you are doing with yours but just an idea.

    Hope you get sorted.

    Jo
  • Yep problem solved hahaha

Glad to hear they are good. You dont know the size by any chance do you? The length and width? Just wondering if they are the same size as the ones I already use.

Mine are for sweets too Jo but I would prefer to buy ready made ones, I dont own any cellophane anyway! hehe

    They're 12 inches.

Perfect size for snowman soup, I'd say :)
  • They are slightly shorter than what I use then but I am sure they will look fine! Ive never been to lakeland so going to give them a call before I go and double check they have them in stock, think I might try and pick up the star cookie cutters to make the tree whilst Im there!
