Refunded PPL

I recently sent off the downloaded copy of the letter you posted on the website to SANTANDER PLC regarding the PPL i was wrongly sold by the then Alliance & Leciester Bank.
I had to also get in touch with the Financial Ombusman who sent me out a questionaire to fill in and send one to SANTANDER and another to FOS,
Yesterday I was offered a substancial refund that will nicley go towards the cost of Christams and our new Grandchild due in May of next year.
Thank you so much Martin for puttine me on the right road to claim this money back.:rotfl::beer:

How long if you don't mind me asking, how long was your case with the FOS?
Thanks, this will give some ideas to some in the same situation, even though I can understand it may vary from one case to another, but well done anyway.;)
