re: nationwide log on issues

Hi I wondered if anyone else had mystery log on issues with Nationwide.
I have tried to log on and the system says I have used the wrong log on password - which is strange as I'm using egg money manager plus I have tried it manually. Nationwide have advise applying for a new password - this takes 5 days. This has happened twice to me in the last 3 months... They assure me there isn't an IT problem? Anyone else experiencing these difficulties?
