PPI reclaim - what to do next??

Hi,

I received a letter this morning in regards to the loan,

Here are the details:

Amount of credit (cash loan): £7000
Amount of credit (Insurance Loan): £1748.65
........
Total amount for the Insurance Loan: £2294.04

Is this the amount i am trying to claim back???

What letter do i send next???

I think i am eligible, just need to know what to do next

Hi there

If mis sold you can try to reclaim all you have paid up to date on the ppi etc.
If this is a settled loan then you should receive all your ppi and interest minus any rebate they may have given when it was settled.

Reclaiming questionnaire below, complete and send to whoever sold you the policy, keep copies of all you send and receive in case you need to refer to this at some point, they have 8 weeks to give a decision, please keep us posted, good luck.
