Marbles Card- Think I lost My Marbles!

Hi All,

I've read loads of posts on here but I'm still not sure what to do.

My Fiancee has a marbles card that is up to it's limit at 9800. We have been really struggling of late due to an industrial accident, and we are finding it nigh on impossible to meet this debt.

We really don't want to go down the route of bankrupcy, but we have considered making a claim against marbles for PPI, costs etc...

When she took the card out about 7 years or more ago, she was sold it with PPI unbeknown to her (well, she can't actually remember accepting the PPI)

We have seen these companies online who say that they can claim you thousands back from your credit cards, but it seems to cost you loads.

What can actually be claimed back? Are there any timescales in which you must claim, (we have other cards as well with ppi etc...) or any guidelines you must adhere to?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.:money:

    Hi there

First of all I would like to say "do not use any claims companies"
They will charge, when all they do is the same as us on here, but here is all free, apart from the posting of the letters etc.;)

I would make a reclaim now that your aware of this and with the reasons you have - for being mis sold, more details below.

They have 8 weeks to give a decision, if they ignore your reclaim, then move on to the Financial ombudsman service (FOS) to make a complaint.
You have 6 months as from the final date on the final decision letter to make the complaint to the FOS.

Follow the guidelines below, which takes you to the reclaiming questionnaire, complete and send to whoever was responsible for setting this up in the first place, remember to keep copies of all you send and receive in case you need to refer to this at some point.

Hope this helps, good luck and ask for any help when required.
