Is anyone else having difficulty today?

Mine is hideously slow, sometimes logging me off spontaneously, and won't show the transactions or balance for my main account...

Naturally HSBC is working a treat

Yes, mine is the same - hasn't shown any transactions this week yet:mad: Went on this morning and got logged out after a couple of mins then couldn't get back on...arghh

I found after they changed to the 'new' system, it has got much slower and stickier.

It's been flawless for me right up until today...
... I bet it's to do with bringing Halifax / BOS customers over to the LTSB system.

Like most companies "Do you think we'll need extra capacity if we're going to add millions of extra users to our system? Nah... it'll be fine as it is no need to upgrade the servers atall"...

Won't let me in at all. But it can't tell me online banking is down until after I've put my ID & password in; how dumb is that?

This is poor. Who makes 'essential changes' at 9am on a Weekday. Guess it's an urgent security fix?

EDIT : BUT V slow !

EDIT 2 : 0955 managed to do a couple of transactions, but it's now showing 'Account Balance N/A' for most accounts so will try again later.
