I have an old one that's pretty much finished, but still a little left in there. I wonder if they'll let me trade that in.

you can trade in any old rubbish mascara - it's been on the grabbits board, there are 2 to pick from

Thanks a million OP! Got one today!
The (elderly) Clinique lady (the Clinique anti-wrinkle stuff clearly not that effective) in our Boots really didn't want to give us one today! She gave my mum one, then fussed around 'looking' for more. My mum pointed out they were on the counter (exactly the same as the one she'd just given out) she said "Oh no, they are TESTERS" and grudgingly gave me the white mascara from the same place she's got my mum's from (what was the point of all that fussing!!).
Nearly pushed her over the edge when my sister rocked up with her tatty old one, asking for one too!:rotfl::rotfl:
