Secret hotel Manchester

I've tried googling but am struggling, can anyone help with this

"A highly functional and modern hotel boasting a privileged location of Manchester. All major attractions are within minutes away from this property, making it the ideal place for business or leisure guests. Spacious and adaptable, and with a wide range of high-quality services and facilites, it's the perfect choice for all your needs."

Looking for a hotel for Take That and this looks reasonably priced.

Well, its 0.2 km from centre and a 3 star in the canal street area and it takes dogs, is eco friendly and gay friendly, flexible restaurant hours - check out the facilities listed with the Novotel?

Hmmm some things match up and some don't, and I am too scared to book in case I am wrong.

Don't suppose anyone knows for sure?

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
Could be Days Inn from the location, but seriously, does it matter? As long as it's at the right price and the right location, you'll be happy, right?
