Does anyone seriously think hosue prices are going to drop in Oxford and Cambridge ?
2 university dominated towns less than an hour commute from Central London.

It's the same as Greenwich and Lewisham.
Most employees in London don't live in the area of London or the South East they work.I'm not cynical I'm realistic
