Surprising to see Greenwich and Lewisham in the list, both very close to central London.0 -

That's tough0 -
I really can't see property prices collapsing in the parts of London cited, such as Greenwich, as a hop on the tube or bus widens new job opportunities by a considerable degree whereas other places have much higher rates of unemployment. House prices are influenced by supply and demand - the population in London will continue to increase and put pressure on the demand.0

Surprised to see Oxford so high on that list.0

However they are also the most desirable unis in the country and should feel the impact of any cuts less, as they are the ones with the best endowments and able to charge world class fees for world class study. Oxford already said earlier in this year (April) that it could absorb some cuts as it could use income from its research.
So it will be interesting to see how these two locations fare over the space of the next year or so compared to others with perhaps fewer public sector employees but less of a legacy/greater % of cuts to public employees. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? I notice Swansea is in there but then none of the towns in the surrounding areas to Swansea are mentioned?
I think those figures are based on the fact that all the public sector jobs in that town are done by ppl living in the immediate area.
Take the DVLA in Swansea I bet for every person working there and living in Swansea there will be another person working there and travelling in from another town.0
