Credit Card PPI

I have payment protection insurance on a current credit card I am attempting to reclaim. I wanted to know if you can claim back PPI on cards you cancelled the ppi on or cards you have paid off and cancelled in the past 12 months but had for many years. Any advice?

Hi there
As Pinknico says.
Then follow the guidelines of reclaiming below, you can complete a reclaiming questionnaire, send to whoever set up the policy.
Remember to keep copies of all you send and receive in case you need to refer to it at some point.
They have 8 weeks to give a decision, if you don't hear anything at all by then move on to the financial ombudsman service (FOS), your able to take your complaint to these as well if you don't get a favourable decision.
