Tickemaster - Can't buy a pair of tickets, but can buy single tickets twice?

I've spent the last month moaning about the price of the KOL tickets, but finally gave in for the sake of my DP who would love to see them live.
Checked all the sites I could think of and Ticketmaster seemed to have a very small amount of tickets left...now it appears that I can order a single standing ticket for £54 + £5 something delivery. I tried to order a pair and it said there were none available, so I used two different browsers to check for single tickets...
I can order one on Firefox, and one on Chrome (therefore paying over £10 in delivery costs) but even the people on the Ticketmaster phoneline are adamant that they don't have a pair of standing tickets.
I just want a pair of tickets (and I still think they're overpriced :rotfl: )

They may have a 'live' ordering system, and only one ticket for sale. If you were to buy it from Firefox it might well not be available in Chrome.
Have you tried the venue itself to see if they have tickets?0 -
Have tried everywhere (that I know is reputable anyway!)
The ticketmaster screen actually stated that I had 05:24 (and counting) until my ticket was "released" to other customers. So either they lie about you being guaranteed to get the tickets you've chosen, or they do indeed have more than one ticket available. Not sure which it is though!
According to the guy on the phone they didn't even have 1...0 -
That'll be because you had the last two in your online baskets...0

Maybe one was being held for another customer, and by the time it was freed up you had started chrome. Then of course, you have the other being held in your other basket...0

It can't be that thought, as I searched for two tickets in the first place, where nothing came up. It was only by chance I searched for one and it showed up immediately.
I tried numerous times over about 3 hours and used the "give up these tickets to search for alternatives" each time, so I don't think I was holding any tickets back.0
