Well first of all welcome and congrats to you and the future Mrs P
Here we can help you sort out your telephone, internet and mobile but for your other utilities you will need to post on the relevant boards.
Do you know yet if your telephone is going to be BT or a cable company?
Then we can start to help0 -
hi.. thankyou.
i guess we will be with BT.. rather than cable! although is it worth getting cable? i am completely in the dark with it all so all help appreciated! i have posted in the other boards! wait for a response!£2008 for 2008 club No. 286

Much as most people on here hate having to pay BT you will get a much broader choice of internet connection and phone call carriers.
Is it a new build with no telephone installed, in which case it may well cost you £75, or will you be taking over an existing line? If you are taking over an existing line, when you inform BT of this, make sure you are put on Option 1 and pay your BT bill by direct debit as this is the cheaper.
Once you are then signed to BT, come back to us and we can let you know the best deal for your phone calls at that time as this can change quite quickly!
Regarding internet, are you with someone at the moment? Happy with them? Have you broadband or dial up? If its broadband you have, can you shift it to a new location? Have a read at the Internet Board threads which might help you make up your mind.0
