RBS Mortgage Help

Hi all,
Just a quick query, wonder if any of the forum experts can help.
I'm currently in year two of a 30 year mortgage, capital and repayment. LTV is about 93%.
I'm currently in a but of a financial fix, but don't want to fall behind on mortgage payments - what with a young family etc. Are RBS open to a customer reverting to IO, or extending the repayment term to 35 years?
Just wondering whether there is anyone out there in a similar situation / experiences!
Cheers!!

People seem to like me because I am polite and I am rarely late. I like to eat ice cream and I really enjoy a nice pair of slacks. Years later, a doctor will tell me that I have an I.Q. of 48 and am what some people call mentally !!!!!!.

Best idea is to phone them and ask - your LTV might be too high but you can only ask. Have you worked out how much you'd save by extending the term?0

Changing to IO is about £250, extending the term about £100. Not massive, but every little helps!!!People seem to like me because I am polite and I am rarely late.
