Teletext holidays

I've been looking on teletext holidays and there are some bargains, i'm a bit concerned as they're all with little copanies that I've not heard of. Does anyone knw how safe these things are?
What should I be checking?

Thanks

one thingi have found with a lot of the prices quote on there as well as other budget holiday flights is when you make an initial enquiry the price looks really cheap but the charges added very quickly add up so its no longer such a bargain.

Make sure the agent you are calling is ABTA protected

Remember that on Teletext there are usually extras to go on the costs, maybe based on the maximum occupancy to qualify for that cost

Lots of things to factor in, also the dreaded baggage charges, they normally strip the holiday of eveything to make the price more appealing

Thanks, we usually go with one of the "big boys" as I feel safer that way. I think that'll continue.
