Britfilms Winners... How Long Til WEM?

Hi all,
After seeing people google their names I did it this morning too.
I showed as a winner on BritFilms on 02.10.10 however I have not heard from them?
The competition T&Cs state you must reply to the email within 5 days or an alternative winner will be picked so should I be concerned that I have not yet had my email?

I tried to contact them but the contact page does not work, I also tried to reply to the newsletter but that says the email is automated and not to send emails to that address.



How long after the closing date did other winners receive their email?

hi dawnylou have you had any joy cos im in the same situation , googled found a win from a comp ending 4/11 and not had any contact , i have put on there facebook wall but no response as yet xx

Hi, I emailed them on 24th Oct and had a reply very quickly:

Hi no no don't worry, we don't tell people that they've won until we have

the prize from the PR company as otherwise it leads to weeks of 'I have not

received my prize yet' , so please so not worry, I'll be in touch soon x

Then I just got an email 2 days ago stating they are currently chasing the PR company.

Kit - I don't know if you heard from them yet, but they sent me an alternative prize as they said the 'PR company was clearly rubbish' and that they had not forwarded the prize to them Hope you have better luck than me!!
