Royal Brunei Airlines - Anyone used them please?

Hi. Am taking my two daughters, aged 4 and aged 18 months, along with my Mum to visit my brother in March 2011.
Have had a quote of £2091 flying with Royal Brunei, which is about £500 less than our usual airline, Malaysian.
Customer feedback rates the airline as ok, but a big problem with the toilets at Bandar Seri Begwan airport.
Has anyone visited this airport? Is it as bad as reported? Wouldn't worry, if just me, but travelling with two little ones, don't want to ruin the holiday before we get to Brisbane!
Many thanks

It is twelve years since I last used them: at the time I found them to offer an entirely civilised experience, but a lot changes in twelve years. One thing that has not changed is the location of the airport. Check the timetable and see if you can take a few hours as a stopover in Brunei. If so, just take a bus into town and break your journey. I thoroughly recommend the experience, and of course that would mean that you had no need to worry about the facilities at the airport (which were excellent at the time I used it, BTW).0

It's also a while since I used them, but I did sleep in the airport overnight as a cheapie backpacker! I'd be amazed if the toilets are that bad - it's a clean airport - certainly no Dacca.
Also, they have leased some new T777's from Singapore Airlines so get you get inflight seat back entertainment now, although they still don't provide booze.
I'd happily fly them if the price is right. Make sure you get the days with 2 hour connections rather than 12 hours (unless of course you want the day trip into Brunei?).0
