Which currency to pay in? (Morocco)

I will soon have a relatively small hotel bill (366 euros) to pay, which I will hopefully put on my Post Office card.
The hotel seems to be flexible about the currency to pay in - is there any significant exchange rate advantage in paying in £, $, euros (or presumably they accept the local currency! Moroccan dirhams) I'm really not clued up on world money markets but does it help if the £ or $ is strong against another currency?
Another possibility is paying with my Virgin card (0% on purchases)... but there will be a fee (2.99%). I have asked Virgin if I will incur a fee if I pay in sterling... does anyone know if there are any pitfalls or confirmed fees with going down that route?
I am new to Morocco so any advice on currency use in Marrakech would also be appreciated
Many thanks in advance...

The currency is the Dirham.
Pay in Dirham on your Post Office card and you will get the best rate. Do not let them charge you in $ or £ on your card - they will set the rate, not the card company.0
