We have some relatives coming to London from 3 December for 5 days. They are 2 adults and 3 children, 16, 12,9. They want to know if the London Bridge Experience is work a visit and have asked us what else they can do and see that wont cost a fortune since they are a family of 5. We have suggested the London Eye but its not going to take up much time. Another friend suggested a visit to 02 for a tour (not a concert) but I dont know anything about that. Any help would be really appreciated.

Don't know about the London Bridge - not been there.
The Observatory in Greenwich is free, as are the museums at the bottom of the hill. I can highly recommend the Observatory. All three children should get something out of it.
The usual museums and galleries are free.
Check out the Barbican and Royal Festival Hall websites for events.
Borough Market should keep the nippers fed.
Check out the train companies - they often have 2-4-1 deals or family tickets on offer. Just buy a small fare ticket, get the offer.
The Tower isn't cheap, but always worth a visit.0 -
You can get a 2for1 for the Tower. Winter Wonderland at Hyde Park will be on at that time; personally I think it looks good value for money for the circus.
Don't forget Covent Garden.0 -

Go to Taste Xmas at the London ExCel centre.
You will see celebrity chefs cooking meals right in front of you and you might be selected to taste it.

Me and the missus done a boat ride down the thames a few weeks ago - Was fantastic
As Above, the science museum on the Cromwell road is fantastic, the Natural History museum is next door and is also really good
The London eye is over-rated and pretty expensive. You've got the sea life center next to the eye which is good value but not my sort of thing.
You could try the London dungeons on Tooley Street (London Bridge) - Bit expensive but well worth a shot plus as suggested Borough Market is a 2 min walk from there
TBF there is so much to do and see - You'd be suprised how much time goes by just walking and observing.
Whatever you choose have a great dayIf Adam and Eve were created first
.Does that mean we are all inbred0
