Maybe not so much a scam, but alot of places on here and if you google them say that their prodcuts are very low quality and tend to fall apart quickly.

i also bought these knifes about 3 years agin and i love them, i loved them so much that i bought the 5piece set when that came on a deal and i chucked away all my other knifes
has been around for a while but always learning,
  • Ah! I was about to comment on how rubbish the knives are! We chucked them. Divided opinion it would seem :-)

These are really poor quality. They break easily and I have heard horror stories of bad injuries sustained when the blade has snapped away from the handle.

I'm not criticizing the OP, but unless there is some extra deal with postage, you don't need Quidco. Various Jean Patrique offers, including this one can be found at:
    http://www.jeanpatriqueoffers.co.uk

Personally, I'm a Global man, and the prices Jean Patrique claim as RRP for their knifes are in the Global ballpark, though from what I've heard, the trick is to actually find their sets for RRP, and then find someone that paid that price and is happy with the knives. I also find it curious that the 5 knife set (£1.99) has the same RRP (£125.75) as it did when you could get them for free+P&P in early 2008 and back then you were told "Please act quickly as stocks are limited." The Wayback Machine is a fun place to check out some of these "new" offers.

Come on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.
