What is a bank credit score?

Hi all,
Just a quick question, I was in my local bank branch recently and the young lady I spoke with kept referring to my bank credit score as being a 4, what does that mean? is it good or bad? she said I was a long-time customer and the bank thought very highly of me... could it have been that I happened to mention I was thinking of leaving? I never got the chance to ask her to explain what she meant by this bank credit score thing as they were very busy so hence my asking here now

It is their own internal scoring....it also mean that they won't always do a credit search if you were going to apply for some of their products...0
