Not a chance rochdale. I wonder how long it takes this bunch of workshy t0ssers to realise their feet wont hit the ground if they get unionist.
Plenty of unemployment to "Fire and Re-hire".
Watch this space. Scum like this are about to meet their maker. :rotfl::rotfl:
As for the cuts for the peasant underclass, this is just the start. Just wait and see what is going to happen when the 2 million on incapacity benefit have to go back to a medical auditor to be "re-assessed".
The disability line today I believe comes with a sting in the tail. They are going to sort out all the scum that haveclaimed they are unable to work, but actually can.
Will Hague was on the radio before "lots of cuts still to come" :T:T
Perhaps we will see chavs losing some weight sometime soon?0 -
What does a photo of the unemployed have to do with the upset caused amongst higher rate taxpayers? I'm not arguing against cutting child benefit from higher rate taxpayers like me, I'm pointing out that by not doing it on household income they have created a lot of upset amongst their own supporters.0

If they were working, why are they carrying banners marked "Public and Commercial Services Union" and "call a general strike"? If they were more keen to work and provide a decent, cost effective service instead of striking, perhaps they would still have a job? Perhaps if they had worked harder at school, they wouldnt have had to be employed in a government "non-job".
Unionist Scum.
I agree regards household income. If I had my way, any household income past 35K wouldnt get a penny.
But then again, the max benefits level would be set much lower too. I dont think the coalition have been hard enough.0 -
They discuss this topic on the "moneysaving in marriage, family and relationship" board in a much calmer and civilised manner.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. Fine - had Oik announced this we'd be debating the threshhold but it would at least be transparent and fair.
The debate here is how its OK to take child benefits off family A earning £45k but not family B earning £85k. Do you agree that the announced policy is wrong or do you find this perfectly acceptable and fair?0 -
Life aint fair.
But as long as filthy workshy oiks have less of my taxpayers cash lining their pockets, I am happy. Cant wait for the cuts in "disability" (read workshy) benefits round the corner....
Time for the lazy b0ggers to get back to their GP.0 -

They dont have to? You do realise the size of the deficit dont you?
They had to throw something in there to placate the sandal wearing tree hugger living next door to the PM (or at least his supporters).
The real cuts are still to come... We all know this.... :rotfl:0 -

That's the thing isn't it? Carolt may well have come under pressure today because of her thoughts on cb, but its just one of the first cuts of many. I don't agree with carolt on cb but fair play to her for stating her case. Over time, we'll all get to know what the red lines are that we each object to most.
Those of us who work even part time, under the csr may yet lose our public sector jobs. Those on housing benefit, we've already learned, will get less money in time.
Isn't that the point? Nobody is going to like the cuts that affect them most. But the reality is that over time there will be something in there for all of us to object to. Its just that the cuts haven't got to all of us yet. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing?
