Santander -Dear Satan

What is the best route to follow if this bank will not resolve my complaint-closure cheques sent to the wrong address despite being instructed to the contrary-value of cheques exceed £20000.I have already submitted a Data Access Request and plan to inform FSA.I dont want anything to do with Ann Robbo if I can help it-she is worse than Santanders CEO which says it all
