Urgent:Rental advice house/caravan

Due to continued hassle from in(out)-laws, I need some urgent advice.
I cant get any help from council, as there is no police evidence, as it is all verbal.

We wish to rent a rural property, but have no deposit. We require 3 beds minimum, but would consider a long let caravan.

We have 3 children still at home, one who is disabled, although she is mobile.

We receive carer's allowance, income support and tax credits, so we need somewhere that would accept dhss.
Does anyone know of any residential caravan sites, or sympathetic landlords/agencies.
Due to my daughters needs, we would be unable to move to a built up area.
Would also prefer to remain in scotland, as my teenage son is reluctant to lose contact with friends.
I have been looking through council swap sites, but the situation has escalated to the point that i want to move immediately.
Any advice gratefully received. Thankyou
I don't know much, but I know I love you ....<3

 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

No, we currently live in a 3 bed council bungalow.

However as i have no evidence of my in-laws harrassment, the council cant aid us with a quick move.

As we have no deposit, we thought maybe a residential caravan park may be an option for us, as we are getting desperate, but we have been unable to find one.
