Halifax Current Account

I already have a Halifax Current Account which pays £5 a month for a £1000 deposit each month.
Would it be possible to get another Halifax account but with my girlfriend for bill payments?
If we then paid in £1000 between us would we still get the £5 a month on this second account?
I've had a look but couldn't find the answer.

You can have one in your sole name and one in joint names.

Your other half could also have one in her sole name.

As long as £1,000 goes through each account each month you can get up to £180 a year between you.
