Renewed wifey's car insurance last September. Norwich Union were not the cheapest but they offered a £25 cashback after the policy had been in force for a month. With the cashback, they were marginally cheaper than most other Insurers so we went ahead.

Guess what? No cashback has arrived despite me phoning, writing and faxing them.

Leave well alone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
