Indeed it is. There was some press discussion about it a few weeks back when they launched it. The origin of the phrase is as follows:
    Why is it called Stoozing
It was coined after Stooz on The Motley Fool's Credit Card discussion board. While there are many people using this technique, This sites owner and Fool contributor called Stooz has been doing it since 2000.

    Who first called it Stoozing?
DavidB007 referred to "doing a 'Stooz'" on 8/1/2004. The first post referring to Stoozing was by Blarm on 1/2/2004

from the stoozing FAQ on the website which Martin sponsors and which I run with Stooz himself! I can tell you that he is quite chuffed that his name - albeit spelled with an "e" on the end - has entered the English language :)
