Being chased for a CC debt I've never heard of.

in Credit cards
Hi,
I'm being chased for a debt from Lloyds (through a DCA) that I have never heard of. I have never got any credit or had any dealings with Lloyds. The DCA eventually told me it was a credit card. I wrote a CCA letter to the DCA (on their advice) and i received some bank statements, but no credit agreement. I have looked on my credit file and nothing there, so I am right this is not me.
What do I do now?
Thanks
