Credit card charges

I have two credit cards with Lloyd TSB and i didn't make any payment for last 6 months. Llyods TSB Added up interest and late payemnt charge (inc direct debit returns). Now i have received letter from debt collection agency, demanding for payments due. The arears are too high and the original balance is still there. I didn't have a job and missed my payment, now i have part time. Can any one help me to cope with the situation. I want to wave off the charges and start payment.

the charges wont be waived, think you need to sit down and work out your finances then mabe go for full time work0
