Loan Payment 1 day late
I had a credit agreement that was due to be paid yesterday 8 September.
I paid £400 online on Tuesday and owed a further £209. I logged on last night and the agreement would not come up online. I tried about 10 times, it said "agreement listed below", but there was nothing there.
I rang the finance company and told them what happened and they basically told me I was a liar and my agreement was showing up on the screen. I asked to speak to a manager and was told I was not allowed.
As I owed £209 I expected there to maybe be a £50 charge, however I was told I had to pay £496.
This is ludicrous as I tried to pay on time.
Can anyone tell me what to do next?

Contact the Citizens Advice Bureau. Why did u try and pay in two installments rather than all together?0
