Terms and conditions – Prize draw

1. There is one iPad to be won.
2. The winner will be chosen at random in front of an independent adjudicator.
3. The closing date for entries is midnight on 31 December 2010. The draw will be held on Tuesday 4 January 2011.
4. The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond by email or phone before 18 January 2011, the prize may be redrawn or withdrawn at First’s discretion.
5. The competition is open to all students attending participating colleges and universities with the exception of the promoters, their agencies and suppliers and their families.
6. No purchase necessary. A maximum of two entries per person is allowed.
7. Illegible entries will be disqualified.
8. The prize is as stated, it is not transferable and there is no cash alternative.
9. First reserves the right to amend the prize details to something of equal or lesser value if necessary.
10. The winner must participate in any requested publicity.
11. The judge’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
12. If you do not wish to receive any further communication from FirstGroup relating to special offers, deals or further promotions please tick the opt-out box.
13. All entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
14. Nationwide competition. There will be one winner drawn from entry forms across the UK.
