2. Entries must be submitted before midnight 21/09/2010.
3. Entrants must be residents of the UK and over the age of 18.
4. Entry into the Promotion is limited to one per person.
5. Entries via a third party will not be accepted.
6. Entries that are deemed to have been submitted in bulk will not be accepted.
7. This offer is not available to employees of or agencies appointed by Home Retail Group and their immediate families.
8. The Promotion can be entered online via the website at https://www.bigplay.co.uk. No other entry routes are available or valid.
9. The prize consists of £1,000 worth of Argos vouchers which will be supplied to the winner to use at any Argos store.
10. One runner up prize of a Microsoft Xbox360 4GB Console, an Xbox 360 Kinect Sensor with Kinect Adventures, and a bundle of games will also be given away.
11. The prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash or credit alternatives will be given.
12. The winners of the free prize draws will be drawn at random from all valid entries by an independent administrator.
13. The winners will be notified by telephone and email within 7 days of the closing date.
14. The Promoter's decision is final in all respects. No correspondence will be entered into.
15. Use of a false name or email address will disqualify any applicant from receiving the prize.
16. Details of the winner's name and county can be requested by sending a SAE to "Winners' List, Argos Big Play Survey competition, Ecommerce, 489-499 Avebury Boulevard, Saxon Gate West, Central Milton Keynes, MK9 2NW" within 60 days after the closing date.
17. The promoter accepts no responsibility for lost or corrupted entries.
