I have received notification from my employer that it intends to implement Pension Exchange, to create savings in the level of National Insuranace Contributions.

Does anyone else have any experience of this scheme?

The generic name for this is called salary sacrifice. There is a sticky at the top of the page and if you google the generic name you will get lots of responses.
