I sent a letter off to the RBS over 8 weeks ago, I have called the financial ombudsman (which I didn't really understand) and feel no better off after meeting another £35 bank charge this morning.

I am currently on sick leave from work and can ill afford these charges. I sent my claim to the RBS on the pretence of hardship.

I was just wondering what I should do now? The RBS haven't even replied back.
