Debit card for use worldwide

I have a Nationwide debit card which I use for drawing money from my account when I am abroad.
The advice is to "ditch and switch" but does not go on to say which debit card is best for use worldwide, ie Australia. Peter from Devon.

Buy a Prepaid Mastercard, say FairFx Anywhere via MoneySupermarket and fund it online from your Flexaccount or open an account with Metro Bank.
