Easycar cancellation or changes

Hi there. Wonder if any has experience of this sort of dealing with Easycar.

Due to my OH having sprained her ankle really badly it looks like we will need to postpone our roadtrip from Denver starting mid September.

I've looked on the Easycar site and they seem to suggest that you can change for a fee of £20 which is ok. However, the new dates I'm looking at aren't listed as available.

Does anyone know if they will book dates not listed on the website? Or alternatively will they allow the late purchase of their cancellation insurance to allow me to cancel?
