Hi,
I dont get a Capital One bill in the post as its paper free and I usually just pay online with my debit card.I received a new debit card recently and it won't let me add it.
Does anyone know an alternate way I can pay them ?

What's stopping you from adding a new account? Are you clicking the 'Add New Payment Account' option on the 'pay bill' -> 'make a debit card payment' link, are you getting error messages or something?
Anyway - you can make debit card payments over the phone, it's one of the options on the touch-tone menu system I believe0 -
I have x4 debit cards registered, call customer services if it still wont let you.0

Alternatively send via your own banks online service. Capital One accepts faster payments so providing your own bank has no limitations it will be quicker than using the Capital One website with a debit card as that takes 2-3 days.
Sort - 40-02-50 Account - 81077082 which applies to all their cards.0
