Guidelines for posting in the Warnings Board

There seems to be a fine line between the Warnings and Rip-Off Board and the Vent Board and some subjects would appear to be suited to both boards. It can be difficult to decide which is the best place to post things at times.

In an effort to try to streamline and keep things tidy, can I ask you to please post on the Warnings Board if your topic is one that may affect others. If for example, you are aware of a particular scheme or policy which you know a company or individual has in place is unfair, then this is ideally suited to Warnings.

However, if you are posting about a personal issue such as bad service you have received, for example, then this may be better on the Vent Board, as although you personally may have had shoddy service, there is nothing to suggest others will have the same experience.
