Do separate bookings for the outbound and inbound.

I have already booked 1 hold luggage out and return for sister and I. I just need to book an extra case in the return journey only....

So have you pooled your luggage going out? As in once case weighing 32kg? The only thing you can do is to add an extra bag for both legs at a cost of £18, which will then give you an allowance of 20kg each. To get anymore than 40kg is going to cost a small fortune.

Not sure about EasyJet specifically, but Virgin permitted this and it was really simple. Ring 'em and ask?

easyjet charges a return - even if the cases you are taking are for one way only.
