Nationwide cashcard - european cash withdrawal.

Does anyone know where Nationwide gets its rates?

I need 150-200 euros today in the UK, or tomorrow in the Netherlands.

Will I get a better rate through Nationwide, or a competitive Bureau de Change?

You would get a better rate by using a Nationwide debit card or cashcard in an ATM in the Netherlands tomorrow. Note that if Nationwide has 'upgraded' your cashcard to cashcard plus you will not be able to use it in ATMs abroad.
