My mum has £23,000 Isa with Nationwide which matures tomorrow(Monday 23rd).They have offered her a 4 year fix @ 4%, but she is also looking at transferring to an HBOS 4 year fixed ISA @ 4.25%.
Is it worth her while transferring?
I've read some bad reports on this forum re Nationwide, even when it's just re-investing on one of their own ISAs, about them losing or misplacing forms etc.
Any help gratefully appreciated.

:)
