Just wondering whether anyone has applied for John Lewis Partnership Card.
I have just applied for an upgrade from my Waitrose Storecard to Partnership Card and have still not heard from them. I have no balance on my store credit (Limit £1250) and am wondering what my Partnership Card limit might be? Thanks.

Economikrisis - I have a John Lewis Store Card with approx £500 bal outstanding (Credit Limit of £2,000). I was going to apply for the new credit card but then realised that the introductory offer was on balance transfers only, but purchases would be charged at 13.9%. So I assume if you spend on your Pship new credit card you will have to pay the interest on your purchases but not on your balance transfers. I also assume that your credit would be the same (they may decide to give you less if there is a poor payment history etc)
So I thought I would apply for the new card after Christmas (having used the old J/L store card and then transfer the balance to the new credit card at 0%) - but then I wont use the credit card to purchase.
Can anyone confirm my assumption is correct.Val0
