Best Online Mortgage Comparison tools?

My friends looking to switch their mortgage but they don't want to go and see an advisor as the mortgage is only small (£20k) therefore want to know if their is anything online to do compairisons themselves so they save the advisors fees.
They know quite a bit about mortgages in general, just not about where to find the best products or how to find them and compare them.
Anyone know of any?

Try moneysupermarket.co.uk. The mortgage tool gives you the true (i.e. total) cost of repayments over the period you specify (they suggest no longer than 5 years).
