Hi we have recently bought some items online from a company called Garden Bargains. We bought 6 trees and 6 pots to plant them in. The order came to just over £100 but was made up of several items. 1 tree was badly damaged and we have never received 3 of the pots we ordered. We have phoned, written and emailed the company but seem to be getting fobbed off by their standard email reply of " we are looking into this..."
We are looking to take this further but are unsure of where to go next. Any advice would be gratefully received thanks.
