What happens to a CCJ which then became a Charging Order and was then paid off ?

Say you have a CCJ and the creditor successfully applies for a Charging Order and later that Charging Order is paid off. Is that CCJ still listed as unsatisfied ?

I'm looking at a statement from the Registry Trust which, on the face of it, seems to indicate an unsatisfied CCJ which I'm fairly certain relates to a subsequent Charging Order which itself was paid.

There is a possibility that a negotiated settlement took place, where the creditor at the time of settlement accepted a % of the face value of the debt.

Any ideas ?

I do not know, I would hazard a guess the CCJ gets marked as satisfied when it became a CO. It would seem unfair to show both a CCJ and CO, makes it look like you owe both not just one

There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies
