Hi guys,

Just want some advice on the next step i should take with hfo..
there is a dispute going on with them an myself we all know what they are like. to cut a long story short i recieved a letter from their solicitors today with a "copy " of a letter from Barclaycard (along with their intent to take me to cour) addressed to my current address and dated 2005. now here the stinger, i moved into this address in 2007!!!! and having spoken to barclaycard they have not got me on file in this address and by the quality of the letter it is clear that they have made this letter them selves as the symbol is patchy and looks like it has been scanned and there is no signatur on the bottom.
I'm 100% certain this is fabricated and was wondering if anyone had any advice on how to deal with hfo about this and what to write back to them??

I see you say Barclaycard agree you weren't at that address at that time so get Barclaycard to write to you confirming that they have no records of sending you that letter and stating they do not have you at that address at that time.

I'm unsure who HFO are claiming to be acting for?
