• All valid entries will be entered into a free draw and the winners chosen at random by an independent party.
• There is one prize of a pair of return flights in economy class to either Rio de Janeiro, Havana, Mexico City, Caracas or San Jose (Costa Rica) with Iberia.
• The prize does not include domestic flights, land transfers, accommodation or spending money.
• The winner must book their travel by 15 October 2010 and complete all travel by the 30th of March 2011 subject to availability. Blackout dates apply, including but not limited to the Christmas period. Alternative travel dates are not available.
  Once the trip is booked and confirmed, any amendments to the booking will be at the winner's cost.
• Should the winner wish to fly to an alternative destination in Latin America, they can choose to pay the difference between the desired fare and the least expensive equivalent fare from the list of destinations above.
• The winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.
• Entrants must be UK residents aged 18 years or over and in possession of a full UK passport. Employees of Journey Latin America, Iberia, their families or any agencies or persons connected with this competition may not enter.
• The winner will be responsible for ensuring that they have adequate travel insurance.
• The winner must comply with and is responsible for attending to any inoculation and health regulations or visa requirements required for the destination.
• Journey Latin America will not accept any liability for any loss or damages suffered whilst on this trip. Journey Latin America's standard terms and conditions of travel apply and can be found on our website.
• Only one entry per person.
• No responsibility will be accepted for lost or delayed entries. Photocopies of the entry form will not be accepted.
• The prize must be accepted as offered. There is no cash or other alternative. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of an equivalent or greater value.
• The prize is non-transferable.
• Entrants agree to be bound by all entry instructions of which these terms and conditions form a part.
• The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
